Additional Comments: (Want to be able to play modern games at max to near max, and I would prefer you make a current one+one that will work with the new AMD stuff (format wise))

you should probably post this after the AMD BD and 7xxx series come out since no one knows what performance for your dollar they will offer until benchmarks are released.

I didn't say that I wanted those, but I won't be buying most likely till I see the benchmarks, I would be perfectly fine with current things though

By the time AMD release 28 nm 7xxx graphics cards they will also be selling 32nm Bulldozer 6 and 8 core processors .

Picking components now makes little sense because the market will change .

If you are waiting for AMD 7xxx then waiting to see how bulldozer performs seems like an excellent idea too
