My motherboard recently went up and I'm in the market for a replacement. Looking for any reasonable suggestions, something comparable. Probably not looking at spending over $150. I will post my Specs below.

Thanks for the reply, how is Asus as far as customer support/RMAs go... Asrock hasn't been too much fun... Whole process looking to take two weeks to three weeks....

Also how do you feel about http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131837 its actually a little cheaper and you gain quite a bit more.
