Video Drivers crashing and bluescreen

Last response: in Graphics & Displays

While in playing in certain areas in world of warcraft my screen will flash to black and then come back after a few seconds. The video driver is crashing and windows is recovering it.

I'm getting this error:
Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernal Mode Driver, Version 266.58 stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

But then starting a few nights ago, when I'm going to these certain areas in the game, it would flash to black and then I would get the blue screen of death. I would get this windows error upon restarting.

Files that help describe the problem:

I have Windows 7 64 bit and I just updated my Video drives yesterday to the newest (275.33). My video card is a GTX 275. I have an AMD quadcore 2.0 ghz and 4gigs of ram. This problem is very annoying and anything I can do to test further what my problem is would be helpful. I tested my ram a few months back( when the problem was still going on) one stick at a time and it was fine. This problem seems to only happen in game and not under normal usage.
