No. Sockets are not interchangeable. If you want to install a socket 1155 CPU, the motherboard must all be socket 1155. And a socket 775 cannot be installed in a socket 1155 motherboard.

The GTX 550 Ti is not very powerful. It is generally faster than a Radeon HD 5770/HD 6770; except in Crysis. See following review which uses an Intel Core i7 920 @ 3.8 GHz.

The CPU will work on the motherboard you described, but I don't understand where LGA1155 socket comes into the question?

I can't find much more information regarding the motherboard, but after finding an image it doesn't seem to have a PCI-E slot on the motherboard, so I'm going to tell you that the graphics card isn't going to fit.

It also wouldn't be worth getting the GTX550 Ti (which is a pretty good graphic card) for a system like the one you're getting now. You'll be better off saving that money and buying a whole new system a bit later on. LGA775 is dead, support for it is weak and you're buying into really old technology, especially for gaming.

Yeah, post makes no sense. What does LGA1155 have to do with your question?
