Motherboard replace , what next

Hello,Took my pc to repair shop and I was told my motherboard is bad. I found a new motherboard online at a cheap price. I know i can change out my self ,but will i need to after i changed. Will i have to reinstall windows vista again? Or can i just put a recovery disk in?

You should always reinstall windows after changing motherboards to avoid any errors. If the motherboards are the same you could just proceed without reinstalling anything and it might work without any problems but I'd rather take like 2 hours to reinstall windows than waste god knows how many hours later on searching for solutions to problems that might arise from not installing it
