Constant beeping with ram.. please help!

Hello, I recently purchase 2GB=2x1GB of ram for my HP Pavilion a1419h. The RAM that I purchased was

I installed it but once I start the PC, it takes like 5 seconds and the beeping starts. The monitor won't turn on. It's one beep at a time but really fast. The manufacture stated that it will be compatible with my PC. I installed the old ram on both slot's at a time to check if it was the slots and they work. Is it something with the BIOS? please help me with my issue.

Have you checked to make sure the RAM is seated correctly? Will the computer work if you reinstall the old RAM? How many beeps?

Yeah, I got the RAM working by installing the old RAM with a new stick of RAM. I can't get the 2 new ones to work together only the old and one stick of the new RAM.

But I have a new problem. Apart from the new RAM stick, I trying cleaning the fan, heat sink and CPU and applied Artic Silver 5. 10-15 minutes into a game and the PC shutdowns as if when you unplug the power. Is this cause by probably RAM issue? CPU being too hot? if so, how much of Artic silver does it need? Are these stick I bought compatible with my PC?

When the PC shut down I started it again but no signal to monitor, keyboard and mouse just fans. I waited a bit and the pc started normally. It hasn't shut down in 30 minutes.
