About to upgrade my pc for battlefield 3/skyrim (max settings)

you think that i will be able to run skyrim/ battlefield3 max settings with no problems with this setup. and if you have any suggestions for cheaper/better hardware let me know

The only suggestion I can give you is wait for Bulldozer CPUs to come out since it most likely will drop the prices of AMD's older CPU.

Regarding your memory choice, why are you choosing 3 dimms? They'll end up running in single channel mode. Get a kit of 4 dimms so they can run in dual channel mode.

Regarding the power supply, I would go with a better brand. Kingwin is not known for quality power supplies. Go for a corsair 850 w.
