URGENT: won't start plz help

My system won't start up.
I bought a new case, new hdd/win7, new ram. Transferred gpu, mobo, cpu, etc to new case.

I power on the system, and first problem is:
1) No signal to screen. Screen just stays on "no signal"
2) the system only stays powered up for 10 or 20 seconds then powers off. After which it try's to turn back on and fails and try's to turn back on and fails over and over on it's own until I unplug it.

Worst case scenario, you have a faulty PSU. What is your PSU.

It's the same psu I've been using I doubt that's it

Outlanders I apologize for not using proper techniques for asking help ATM but I'm having to do this from my cell phone, it's 1am, and I'm trying to get this working before I sleep

Thanks outlander, I didn't have the things under the mobo screwed into the case, just put the mobo strait on the case. Now that that is fixed, everything is working, except it says no hdd detected. Though, the HDD is connected to sata port 3. Sata port 3 in the bios reads as some funky thing, but when i open it it reads as sata type connected: Hard Disk.

Do i have the hdd plugged into the wrong sata port?
I have an asus p5qc (with no manual) is there any way you can tell me how to fix it?

Try plugging it in to port 0

Also heck that the jumper on the IDE DVD drive [ if that's what you have ] is set to SLAVE . Google the model /brand for jumper settings

Tis will only be important if the motherboard is set to run the SATA ports in native IDE mode .

The solution was I have sata ports 1-6 then sata "e-ports" 1-2

HDD get plugged into one of the 2 eports..? lol. whatev, thank you Outlander.

We got it up and runnin'.
