Why is computer not reading my pixel shader ?

MY Graphic Card has pixel shader 2.0 but my games keep saying that i need it (Pixel shader 2.0)
Can someone help me!!!!

what's the game and graphics card? is it a pirated game?

my graphics card is Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family and the game is pro evolution soccer 2010 (pes2010)
