PC freezes with strange noise

The sound is just the soundcard still outputting the last piece of sound it was making when the pc hung... Check your system logs to see if theres an indication of why the pc froze up.

No matter what i'm doing (playing games or movies or music).....it's the same sound......always...the sound doesn't change

and if my pc is left unattended (like if i leave my pc on and go out) for a long time it just freezes up but when this happens that sound won't be heard.....

well i did a lot of things

and it's not freezing anymore!....super relieved!

i think updating my bios solved it.....but i'm not so sure coz i did a lot of things
