Does PCI express x16 2 0 card fit in PCI express x16 slot?

can anyone clarify... I am running an HP pavillion Slimline s5703w, all ready have ordered the 400 watt PSU, now curious about the card to upgrade to... can a PCI express x16 2.0 work in a PCI express x16 slot on the board? :eek:

5670, $84 shipped, $54 after rebate. The 5670 is much faster then the GT430. (even the GT240 is faster gaming then the GT430)

The 5670 uses around 60W max, so if you have a weak PSU it might not be the best choice. If I remember this thread correctly you have a 400W, so you should be fine. If you had a weak 200W PSU, then the 5570 is a better choice.

not exactly sure yet, but yeah.. has to be a low profile card I know, any suggestions? only lookin to play EVE online with it
