This is my current spec:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40Ghz
Arctic Cooling Alpine 7 Pro
MSI P43 NEO
NVIDIA 9500GT 1GB
2GB RAM DDR2 800MHZ
Wastern Digital 5001AALS 32MB Sata2
Ezcool Real 450W

I want to upgrade GTS 250 1GB
The question is about the power he would hold the system with an upgrade card? I know that you should not and everything and he's certainly bad enough but still he manages to keep the system?

More about : buy gts 250 1gb

I cant find that psu online ,what are the specs of the psu?
you need a 500w psu if you overclock and do things like that.
btw you can go for some other gfx cared since GTS 250 is out dated get a dx11 card
what is your budget?

it looks like your psu is powerful enough if you don't overclock your cpu
else psu upgradation is recomended
a corsair 500w psu will be good enough if you wish to do overclocking and all and still have enough breathing space :)

That psu is not that good in quality and can leed to instability. its up to your luck if you try oc but without oc that will support your system..
I've done oc with a frontech 500w psu.. i was lucky with that psu but my friend blew up his psu, same psu but nearly same config
btw quad while oc will eat more power.. so beware!!

So the PSU will hold the GTS 250 and Q6600 no OC and not try to do OC anyone?

yes... you got it
after setting up everything just make sure that your psu is not gettin heated up too much just to make sure that you are not pushing the psu to its limit

Today I went to buy and I saw that the graphics cards GTS 450, HD5750, HD5770 at almost similar to that of GTS250 know what the three of them better and work on my computer?

HD 5770 or GTS450/HD 5750, the HD 5570 is the best and most power efficient card there. The HD 5750 uses less power but has worse performance than a GTS 450.The GTS 450 uses more power than both and is a little better than a HD 5750.

I'd get the HD 5770 if I were you.

Get the 5770.

the gts 450 is same as gts 250 and sometimes performs worse, only upside it has dx11 but it wont be powerful enough to run it anyway
