Are these temps normal? (2630 + 6850)

I have the HP Envy 2199 3D with 17-2630, Radeon HD 6850 and 8 Gigs of RAM. I got it 2 weeks ago and everything was working fine until 2 days ago when even in as much as 5 minutes of gameplay the temps would jumps from around 50 to 80+ Celsius degree

The Intel GPU runs quite cold ...in the forties when idle (the AMD GP stays in the fifties). I started measuring the temps only 2 days ago when the fans would make a lot of noise and blow lots of hot air as soon as my gaming session started

The pc in new so there's absolutely no dust in there.

Yes these temps are on the high side.

I suspect the bond between the CPU and the heatsink.

Re-seat the CPU/heatsink using Arctic Silver 5 according to industry established procedures.

yep them temps are high. as suggested check the cpu cooler and apply new paste if needed. you may just need to lock 1 of the corner mounts if it has become dislodged.
