What are your requirements? If you only do net surfing, watch videos, run office 2007/2010 etc. then Celeron E3400 dual-core @ 2.6GHz will do fine. It's available at newegg for $47.

Around 70 for processor and 70 for graphic card..;

I will be using it for Dot net 2008, Blu ray contents, Surfing, Playing games like NFS Undercover, prostreet, Mostwanted etc and the fore coming Max Payne 3.... Also tell me a good graphic card for tat mobo...it has pcie 1.0 x16 port... but both card + cpu should not exceed 140-150.. Tats my budget....

Ujaansona, i am not interested in buying celeron, i know it is not a good processor... i have in mind about the Pentium e5700.. Is it a good one for 65 (tigerdirect)... Also tell me a good graphic card for that mobo... I dont need intensive cards.. The power consumption should be below 60w and cost also below 70...And no ati's only nvidia.... Will i be getting a dx11 for that price... I also saw GT440 which is in that price range... Is it a good one... I had 450W PSU...
