How to make both Hestset and Speakers play the same sound?

I have a audigy SE and i have a gaming headset which uses audio jack, NOT USB. So since the sound card jacks are in the back of the comp, it would be really sucky if i have to go back and unplug the headset every time i want to hear sound from my speakers. So is there a way to make it so that the speaker and the headset plays the same Stereo sound at the same time so i don't have to unplug anything?

sound will go to speaker or headset not both in the same time

You could get a splitter cable, so one audio output could drive two seperate devices. Thats about the only way to do what you want.
