Dual Monitors, second monitor gets scrambled

Weird problem with a dual monitor setup. The second monitor will randomly scramble the display and then freeze. Disabling the second monitor and then enabling it again temporarily fixes the problem however it always happens again.

I've tried installing the latest driver and uninstalling the driver completely and then reinstalling it.
Any help or suggestion on what else I could try would be appreciated. Thanks

Video Card: Quadro FX550

Have you tried to move the monitor connections around? Is the issue always on the same port? Nothing is overclocked? Make sure your cooling is OK, nothing is getting too hot.

Card could be bad, I have seen one port die before on a video card (happened to a $1,000 medical imaging video card one time because someone did not connect it to the case, and the card pulled out of the slot, killed one of the ports but the other one worked fine).
