Check out asus' ROG line of X79 motherboards, i am very satisfied with my rampage 4 formula.

Wow! That's a great spec.

Go for the Rampage IV Formula. That's the best you can get. I've tested that board and it's MIND blowing. Nothing competes with it :)  (It's just really expensive :\)

^ The Maximus V Extreme won't work with a 3930K as the 3930K is a X79 CPU whereas the Maximus V Extreme supports Z77 only.

By far, the Maximus V Extreme is the best board I have EVER tested/used/seen.

Oh and also - The Rampage IV Extreme is MUCH better than the Rampage IV Formula.

^ Yes, you could do that. But the 3930K is a BEAST! Go for it.

And also, get the Rampage IV Extreme if possible.

Get a Corsair H100 instead of that cooler.

RAM - Change to G.Skill RipJaws X 1600

HDD - Change the WD Caviar Black

Everything else is amazing! :)

Yes its water cooling but you don't have to refill or do anything. It's the same as normal air coolers. But with better cooling :)

RAM - G.Skill has the best around according to me. I've tested both G.Skill and the Vengeance. G.skill overclocks better and also wins in mem tests.

how does the H100 not require a refill and since it requires no refill how is it better, wouldnt the water warm up over time and just add to the heat? also could i use a fluid instead of water for increased performance. what about leaks? i am scared it would leak, i am a newb to the world of water cooling for this main reason.
