Why does my toshiba c660 cpu fan run always

mine is a toshiba c660 core i3 2gb ram at times even if idle the fan runs at its full speed creating noise and when playing a game like fifa 12 immediately the fan starts the game starts to break. how do i solve my problem

get speedfan, look at the cpu temps b/c most fans are controled by how hot the cpu is over activity
