Best CPU Cooler and PSU

Hello everyone!

I'm planning for the future to build a new gaming machine but I'm kinda confused with the CPU cooler and the PSU and I'm wondering if anyone can help me out.

Here are the specifications:

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3
Sapphire Radeon HD6770 FleX
Western Digital 500GB SATA-II 5400 - 7200 RPM 32MB Caviar Green (maybe 2 or 4 HDD's)
Kingston HyperX 2GB DDR3 1600 MHz CL9 (planned for 4GB but will be maybe 6GB)

So for the PSU I was thinking for Corsair Gaming Series GS700W, I want a low price PSU but with the capability to support my wishlist and for the CPU Cooler I was thinking for Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO but some of you know a better CPU cooler. I want a low price but good cooling :D :D

Thank you!

  1. the 212 is supposed to be good for its price, but when it comes to value air cooling this one seems to take a good stand too http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cooler-Master-Hyper-N520-CPU-Cooler-/350509973714?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item519c05c0d2

and just to tell you, the minimum for the 6770 is 450 watts, so if you want you should go ~500watts, but a 700 watt would be a better investment in my eyes
  2. so if i go to a 600W PSU is still good? I don't want to pass 840$ :D
  3. yes even my 465 watt psu works fine with my processor o/ced slightly (my stock TDP is only 95 watts though)

    and mine was only 50$
  4. Stick with the EVO provided your case is wide enough.7.5"
What's your budget for a psu?
  5. no more than 130$ :D
  6. wow thanks!!!!!!!
  7. Don't buy a Retail Plus psu for $100 lol!
    Where do you shop(country)?
