I keep trying to install a new version of ITunes on my pc and i keep getting an error message cant remove older version and i keep getting error message about a temp file missing. I just got me a IPod Nano from a friend and when i plug it into my pc the usb isnt recognized so i figured i needed to reinstall the drivers
Can someone help me with this please
