Need help deciding last part

Hey all, I'm looking to build a computer that can run bf3 on high settings at 1080p.

Here's the build I have planned out so far:

Major question I have is which mobo should I get? I have a preference towards the Asus boards, but even after narrowing it down to the ones that are LGA 1155 and DDR3 1600 supported, there are still so many. Which would you guys recommend? I'd prefer to spend $150, but am willing to pay $200 if it makes a big difference (I just don't want it to bottleneck the rest of my system).

For the GPU, which EVGA 570 card would be the best value? Or any other brand 570?

Lastly, would I need to get any additional fans? I plan on getting the CM Hyper 212 for the CPU, but I'm also not sure which thermal paste to go with, as I hear there are better pastes than arctic silver 5 now.

What's the difference between the mobo you suggested and the rest of these?

I know some are z68 and other p67, but aside from that, is it just the number of ports that account for the price difference? I don't want to spend too much, but at the same time I don't want the mobo to bottleneck the rest of the system.

ehh Asus mobos is better quality then EVGA
