Recently the motherboard in my comp blew. I thought about doing a new or semi-new build but am also exploring the idea of just replacing the motherboard. What I need is a suggestion for a reasonably priced motherboard for my rig. I would like to keep the cost of the board as low as I can and definitely under 200 dollars. Here is what I have and what needs to be replaced:

replacing this board:
EVGA 132-BL-E758-A1 X58 3-Way SLI Core i7 Motherboard

Would like to reuse these components:
Intel Core i7 Processor i7-920 2.66GHz 8 MB LGA1366 CPU BX80601920
OCZ OCZ3P1600LV6GK DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz 6GB Platinum XTC Triple Channel Kits

I can actually go above the 200 dollar price limit but as the price creeps up I have to wonder if its just better to get a new cpu/motherboard combo. It seems that at around 400 dollars it makes since to go with an i5 and mobo. However, I am far from an expert and want to hear advice from the board.
