hey guys i have this system

i5 2500 non k

intel dh67cl mobo

8 gb ddr3 1333mhz kingston (2x4gb)

xfx 6950 1gb card

xfx 750 watts unit

1 500 gb hdd

mid tower case with 1 fan (led) 120mm

the question is wat is the max load of this system(gaming) theoratically i know that 750 w unit is plenty but im asking because i have a 935va ups (530 watts) and need to know if it is enough to hold my system

Your system will draw about 450W at max load. The UPS will do fine.

Actually the system unit should be drawing less than 312 Watts at the wall plug under full CPU and GPU load as shown during Guru3D's review of the Radeon HD 6950. They use a system configuration that consumes more power than yours but it gives you an idea of what the realistic power consumption may be.

Is your monitor also being plugged into this UPS? What is its power draw from the AC outlet? You will need to add that on top of the 312 Watts for the system unit.
