Power supply is not shutting even windows shutdown

What is your system configuration?

Please list the make and model of motherboard, CPU, memory, graphics card, power supply unit and the Operating System version and whether it is the 32-bit or the 64-bit edition.

Could be a problem with the operating system or motherboard.
