More about asus sabertooth
  1. depends on the rest of the system and what you intend to use it for
  2. though it is a pretty solid board
  3. I'll use it mainly for gaming
I heard from people at OC3D that the board doesn't support RAM higher then 1866 but my ram is 2000 so is that a problem? I'll be running 16GB of RAM in total.
  4. i personaly havent had a problem running higher than recommended ram speeds haha my limit is 1333 on this foxconn p55a piece of crud, but honestly i don't really know what could happen

Actually the last QVL lists DDR3-2400 and the BIOS allows for up to DDR3-2666.

The ASUS Sabertooth Z77 is a very good MOBO with a 5 year warranty and all quality components. I like the Sabertooth series for it's active cooling of the chipset and VRM which is great for OC and water OC it helps keep those temps down for improved stability.
  7. Ok, I'm definitely getting the Sabertooth.
  8. I like mine :) - http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2320509 actually it set a validated world record, at the time, on vanilla GTX 560's not even trying: 1st - http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/2799387 2nd - http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/2799442 I haven't tried with new drivers; second attempt.
