More about which game 5450 handle
  1. I have one of those cards. They are generally used for multimedia/productivity PCs.

I've played Star Wars Battlefront and Battlefied 1942 and it does alright. It will play older games OK, but the newer stuff is grueling.

It is a great low-cost video card for non-gaming purposes though.
  2. Your resolution will determine which games will run smoothly.

That's only part of the eqation. You can't really make a card not built for gaming perform well while gaming. My perspective is with a 1650x1080 monitor. I suppose it would kick some serious tail with the older games running at 640x480. In that respect, you make a good point.

Older game !!!!!! I am not agree with you. I know it is a HTPC card. But i think it really know how to handle it self. because i am play game like "assassin creed" , "assassin creed 2 ", "assassin creed , brother hood " "NFS hot pursuit" call of duty modern warfare , call of duty modern warfare 2 , at high setting and almost without lag. this game are old but not too old. i also play some new game like dirt 3 (mid setting), crysis 2 (mid setting). they are new game. so i think it is a pretty good card at very low cost.
