Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS, Liquid Cooling, Case, and PSU(Thermaltake TR2 RX 1kW)


Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I don't necessarily have one though I use newegg and tigerdirect.


Country of Origin: I don't care as long as it ships to US.


Parts Preferences: Intel for CPU and NVIDIA for GPU, but that is the only preference.


Overclocking: No


SLI or Crossfire: Maybe


Monitor Resolution: 1680x1050 or 1920x1080


Additional Comments: I already own a full tower ATX case, Corsair H80 liquid cooling, and a 1kW PSU. I just need some help picking out the GPU, CPU, MOBO, RAM, and maybe a SSD.

Thank you very much, I was already looking at the MSI N580GTX Lightning GeForce GTX 580, especially after I saw a video of the reverse spinning fans to remove dust.

The read and write on the SSD look awesome as well and overall the only thing I really have left to decide on is this motherboard.

yeah you probably dont need something that fancy for a mobo unless you have plans for triple SLI in the future.

a z68 extreme4 or asus p8z68-v, for example, are much more modest but perfectly adequate boards. there are plenty of others, too.

im not sure that the gtx 580 lightning has the dust removal feature. the 3gb model does, but Im not really sure the extra vram and dust removal is worth the money:
