USB ports power

Hello,
usb portd not working. The power on light on my USB Network Adapter blinks on then goes off when I plug it into the USB Port. The power light stays on when I plug it into my laptop. could it be a problem with power to my us ports????

Your post is confusing -- are you plugging it into two different computers with the same result ? If so it's probably the network adapter -- which incidentally is presumably a wireless network adapter as you've posted with in Wireless Networking section.

Have you tried other devices in the USB ports ?

If the other stuff worked, either the USB network adapter is faulty or you have failed to install a driver for it.
