Motherboard suggestion

Hello,
I'm a total newbie at building my own computer though I know a little about what I want. I'm hoping someone on here could give me a few suggestions o point me somewhere I could find out more about shopping for them.

Planned Rig
CoolerMaster HAF 922 case
Quad-core AMD CPU
8-16 gb of RAM
Two Redeon HD 5570s
Mid range sound card

I would recommend a motherboard that is around ~$150 and is AM3+. The AM3+ Mobo will allow for upgrading to the upcoming AMD FX CPUs (that is if you aren't going to buy one for your initial build). I would recommend boards such as:
