Is this psu compatible with the hardware?

Ok so earlier i posted a thread about my stuff being compatible and everything was fine except for the psu. Check the new psu.

Motherboard:

Yes, that one should be fine. That system won't use more then 300W, so even a SS strider 450 or 500W should be fine. If you want to save some $$$ then go for one of those instead.
