Revised build need opinions

So I've revised what I'm building I have the CPU, Cause, and Power supply listed. Basically will this work together I've been researching and making sure this will all function. So the only tempoary parts are PSU and Videocard, unless theres a motherboard that might cost a little less or a little more FOR more.

Also sorry if I've been making threads all over this place but I'm putting a lot of money into this and want plenty opinions.

It has SLI and crossfire support, it also supports the new PCI 3.0 and its still a z68 motherboard for more or less the same price. $125
