Need help.Motherboard or Graphics card?

Okay so these are my specs:
Motherboard:Asus P5G41-M 775 socket
CPU:Intel core 2 Duo E7600 3.06 Ghz
GPU:Sapphire Ati Radeon HD 5570 1024 mb
Ram:3gb ddr3

What should I upgrade first? The motherboard & CPU or only the GPU? I plan on running it at a resolution of 1280@1024 with setting set to High.I currently run it at 1280@1024 with all settings set to low and It doesn't get past 35.
Can you tell me guys what to choose and some good components?

In my opinion the GPU is weak. First upgrade the GPU with one of these :
