[Help] Best Parts for the Best Price

Ok I'm extremely new to building computers and I need to be pointed in the right direction of where to buy the right parts for what I want. I don't want to spend very much if I don't need to. 1000 dollars is as high as I can go and that is the max, so under that would be nice. I am purchasing a new computer mainly for Diablo 3, but I want to be able to play Elder Scrolls Skyrim pretty flawlessly. The only knowledge of how parts of a computer work that I have is from an hour long video that explained parts of a computer. I know I sound very novice, and I am, so I need help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
