Help here Errors

Guys i just got my new PC with windows ultimate 64 bit system everything goes fine no over heating no over clocking nothing and everything goes fine but i was playing a low game on my nvidia geforce gt 430 1 giga DDR3 and my screen goes black then something on the task bar said that there is an error in kernel driver of nvidia it stopped responding and it had been recovered and my drivers r up to date idk what is the problem and why does it happen i dont have any issues please help !!!

It happens to me but only if im alt tabbing between two or three demanding games. Turn off the Aero theme in windows and see if that helps you.
