Solution
On first glance everything seems okay. Get a faster hard Drive for your Boot drive because green drivers are much slower than blue drives.
If you are looking to save money you could get a 750w power supply and still have lots of headroom for OC, and for most users you won't notice the difference between a i5-2500K and a i7-2600k. (except the price)

i totally agree, the hard drive you picked is slow, get a WD blue or black edition, or samsung spinpoint F3. If this is purely for gaming, ditch the 2600k and get an i5 2500k, its cheaper and better for gaming. You could also save a bit of money on the cooler, a coolermaster hyper 212+ will have the cpu up to 4.5ghz no worries. saving money on those 2 things leaves you with more for a better hard drive.
