955 BE cores jumping

in amd overdrive, with nothing else running my cores sometimes spike to 20% on two and 40% on other two or one core sometimes goes up to 100%. is this normal or do i have a problem?

Some background process is using your cycles. At the very worst you have a virus, but it's probably just some kind of bloatware process that Windows is running. This is not a hardware problem.
