Which psu?

It depends on how important having a modular PSU is to you. The modular one has a ball bearing fan, that's a plus. And there's a tiny amp difference on the all-important +12V rail. But not enough to make much difference. Have you researched the two models online to see if there are any issues?

both of them have similar reviews...do u think its worth the extra 30 dollars?

If your not tight on cash, yes. But once you're up and running and gaming, you won't notice which of the two PSUs you have in there... ;)
