Did you use an app like driversweeper to remove the previous drivers?
  4. Yes Sir...

Even driver cleaner Pro,But whats confusing me is,the cord that connects from the monitor to the Video Card is Displaying right now But When I Open device manager Its under Other Device named 'Unknown Device'.I am really confused
  5. Sounds like you are using the default Windows VGA driver. Does Windows Update identify an updated driver for your system?

Also, does your motherboard have integrated video or do you have another video card that you could swap for troubleshooting?

Yes Windows Update Recongnizes as a Nvidia 8600GT Card But it tries to update it all the time and it keeps failing...And My Motherboard has A integrated video but it's not working...I tested it already nothing displays on the screen and No I don't have a extra video card...
  7. To use the integrated video, you have to remove the video card.

Understood on Windows Update and how it is acting. Have you at any point removed the video card from your system? Also, have you reset your BIOS at any point in this process?
