Pentium 4 GPU GT240 Or Radeon HD5570?

Yes, I know I shouldn't bother upgrading this rig ..But it's all I've got at the the moment.

System:
P4 HT 3.2ghz
2gb OCZ Platinum DDR-PC3200 2-2-2-8
Win 7 / XP
Corsair 650W psu

I know i'm going to deal with bottlenecking issues with my processor, I hear these 2 cards don't suffer from the issue and perform moderately well. I'm looking to play some games such as COD4 :mw2, cod5, l4d2..
I'm not looking to play high settings at high res here of course, but some decent fps at 1280x1024 res.

GT240 or HD5570?

Can you afford the amd 5670.Its even faster and won't be bottlenecked
