After gaming shuts down computer power wont go off.

Here is by problem, so after about 7 hour of gaming, as I exit the game and shuts down my computer off, the operating systems shut down fine, the keyboard and the mouse light were off, but the power led is still on and my fans are still running. i have to hold the power button for five second to manual shut it down. then i restarted it and shut it down, and it works fine.

so i just wanted to know what kind problem is this, is it because i used optimal display for graphic card or other stuff?

i had it happen to my asus mb..it a mb glitch sometimes..pull power from the wall and use the clear cmos jumper or button. on the next shutdown windows should shutdown fine.
