I5 2500k good motherboard

Hey im looking to upgrade my mobo and i was wondering what would be a good motherboard that supports pci express 3.0 and sli That would work with the i5 2500k plus good overclocking capabilities ?

For PCIe 3.0, you need an Ivy Bridge CPU since the x16 / x8x8 PCIe controller is physically located in the CPU.
