MSI Z77A-GD55

Hi!
So im after new motherboard... Right now im thinking about MSI Z77A-GD55.. is it good?
It will be used with i5 3570k with Corsair H60 cooler and Corsair Venegance memory...
Will i be able overclock it to around 4.2-4.4 Ghz with this setup and this board?
If you are suggesting something else, i need PCI-E 3.0 and support for 2way SLi/crossfire...
So suggestions welcome.. thanks!

MSI is a just OK brand. I have not been impressed with their quality. I think you can do better with an Asus or Gigabyte board.
