Bios Update. DDR2 1066 now running @ 800 :(

alright, I need to manually set my ram timings, as setting it to 533 and leaving the timings on auto makes me pull out the bios battery and restart to boot.

my timing options are listed as above..

I need to set my timing to "5-7-7-20". which ones should I change, I will leave the rest at "Auto" and pray it works...


my ram is: Gskill PC8500 1066

w00t go me! Getting nerdier by the second!

Timings I needed to change: TLC (CAS), tRCD, tRP, tRAS (5-7-7-20)

This didn't work the first time... so I bumped the memory overage voltage from 1.85 to 2.0 (was kinda worried as it climbed from green, to yellow and into the red). But here I am and there you are

went a step further, set timings to 5-5-5-15 and boosted the overage to 2.1v
