I'll be blunt. I honestly have no idea about Motherboards.

I'm sorry if this makes me sound like a jerk, but I need a Motherboard that is at most $120 from this website. I plan to overclock it, so it needs to be able to overclock.

Here are my Computer Parts that I plan to get.

CPU: $257 ($220) - Intel Core i5 3570K Unlocked Quad Core Processor LGA1155 3.4GHZ Ivy Bridge 6MB Retail
Motherboard:
Video Card: (Most likely going to be GeForce, can't be 100% sure.)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB SATA3 6GB/S 7200RPM 64MB Cache 3.5IN Dual Proc Hard Drive OEM
Optical Drive: Sony Optiarc 18X DVD-ROM Black SATA OEM
Power Supply: XFX 550W PRO550W Core Edition Single Rail ATX 12V 44A 24PIN ATX Power Supply 80PLUS Bronze
Case: COOLER MASTER Storm Scout SGC-2000-KKN1-GP Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Heatsink: Antec Kuhler H2O 620 Liquid CPU Cooling System LGA775/1155/1156/1366 AM2/AM3/AM3/FM1 + 2000RPM

I'm sorry if I come off as a jackass. =/

I don't "like" any of these (not really very good for overclocking, even though they're capable), but with that budget, you can't do any better, unfortunately.

MSI Z77A-G43 ATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 2PCI-E16 1PCI-E1 3PCI SATA3 DVI HDMI VGA DX11 USB3.0 Motherboard $99.99

Gigabyte Z77M-D3H MVP mATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 2PCI-E16 1PCI-E1 HDMI CrossFireX SATA3 USB3.0 MB $109.99 (mATX, though)

Biostar TZ77A Z77 S1155 4DDR3 2600(OC) HDMI+DVI+VGA 2PCI 2PCIE 2PCIEX16 2USB3.0 Motherboard ATX $119.99

Out of those, the Gigabyte board is the best quality, but all of them have weak VRM sections, so overclocking won't be their strong suit. Nothing you can do about that, though, for that price.
