Windows 7 headphone settings

my sound does not go out,but i can recieve sounds

Are you saying that you can RECEIVE sound in your earphones or are you somehow trying to INPUT sound into your computer?
If sound is not getting to speakers, have you:
* left clicked on speaker icon (lower right corner) and either raised bar or made sure it doesn't show a red mute slash/circle ?
or
* right clicked on speaker icon and played with settings of "open volume mixer"?
