Dell C610 BIOS Setup Configuration Disabled

I am new on the forum, and I hope to have put the thread in right category.

My problem is on BIOS configuration Setup DISABLED

The laptop is an old Dell Latitude C610 that I dont use from many time.
Now I decided to use it with Ubuntu OS.
Then I discovered the I can't change the configuration setup.

There is the Admin password enable and I don't know what it is.
So I hope in your help, I read more in the web but without a really solution.

I disconnected the CMOS battery for more then half hour but with no solution, or the wrong solution because now I have the BIOS with error and Boot POST: Minimal but the admin pw is always enable.

If you disconnected the CMOS battery and it still ask for password, Dell support.

Thanks for your answer.
It dont ask the password at start up, but when I enter in BIOS setup I can't do anything.
And on page 7 of BIOS there is Admin PW enable
