In the Device Manager I see that there is a conflict involving my newly self installed video card (I think). When I follow the windows recommended fixes I come to dead end after dead end, if it says to adjust some setting- I won't be able to do so- I can't figure out what is wrong.. This is all I get as a conflict.."Input/Output Range 03B0 - 03BB used by:

What does this mean? can it be fixed?
