I'd stay away from cooler master PSUs, I personally had bad experiences with them, why not try corsair PSUs? they're very popular and reliable.

And May I ask why you're not interested in SLI? 2 gtx 560 ti > 1 gtx 580 for the same price.

And also I recommend a p67 board, you don't need a z67 for school/games/videos, you'll be saving some cash here.

Your motherboard is over-priced for your rig configuration and needs. would recommend:
ASRock Z68 PRO3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard $94
$10 off w/ promo code EMCKAKA32, ends 9/15
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157251
That's like a $70 savings from your selection

Case I would recommend:
COOLER MASTER HAF 922 $90
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119197
MUCH BETTER cooling capability and can handle large graphics cards, truly superior case.
That's a $10 savings too.

For the CPU, you better overclock that puppy or you're going to be wasting extra $$$.

You can get a 25in. monitor with 75hz and 2ms response for same price, plus it has displayport capability for extra future proofing.
ASUS VE258Q Black 25" 2ms HDMI LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor w/Display Port & Speakers
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236123 $260
That's a gamer's screen.

Enjoy!

SLI is very easy if you want to learn a few extra clicks in your nvidia control panel and put a bridge in between the 2 cards.

I suggest Asus p67 Pro b3, if not, the asrock p67 extreme4 is real good too
