Get the answer Pinhedd a c 198 à CPUs December 12, 2011 7:38:43 AM The first gen mobile i3/5/7 processors were rather underwhelming, offering significantly lower clocks than their core2 predecessors which certainly did not help in most mobile applications. The second gen i5/7 processors have much better turbos and in my opinion really hit the mobile performance sweet spot.
