Hd 4670

[Part time killer]

Hello,
I just wanna put ATI Radeon hd 4670 in my Hp dx5150 MT having following specifications
AMD athlon x2 4400
1GB RAM
120 GB hard drive
DVD wrighter
250 watts max psu

Will 4670 run on my system? Or i should worry about psu? I don't want to upgrade my psu. Thanks
